PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Joséphine Hage Chahine joined Leboulanger & Associés in 2015.
She has been assisting the Firm’s team in ongoing ICC international arbitration cases as well as in a post-arbitration proceedings (stay of enforcement of an arbitral award and annulment proceedings of an award) before French Courts.
Her practice includes a wide range of disputes such as sales, transport, construction, corporate, joint ventures, banking & finance.
Josephine is regularly appointed Administrative Secretary to Arbitral Tribunals in institutional and ad hoc arbitration cases.
She is also currently a lecturer in banking law, at Paris I Sorbonne University (France).
Prior to joining our Firm, Joséphine was in charge of teaching civil, corporate, bankruptcy and credit instruments laws as a tutor at the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University. She also trained in a law firm in Beirut, Lebanon where she practised corporate and civil law.
