PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Marina Papadatou joined Leboulanger & Associés in 2014. She has acted as counsel and legal advisor in international dispute resolution with a focus on international arbitration cases administrated under the auspices of the ICC, LCIA, LMAA, ICSID, IACP (International Arbitration Chamber of Paris) and CAMP (Paris Maritime Arbitration Chamber) Rules. Her practice includes various business sectors such as sales, distributorship, transport, construction, telecommunications, finance and hotel industry.
Marina is regularly appointed Administrative Secretary to Arbitral Tribunals in ICC, DIAC, LCIA, CCJA and ad hoc cases involving parties from Central European, MENA and African regions.
Her previous professional experience comprises advising clients in international private law, international contract-law and corporate law.
Following her training in international law firms and arbitration institutions (the ICC Court of Arbitration and the IACP), she worked for the ICC Training & Conferences Department as a Business Development Manager.
